Our Board of Managers consists of members/clients from agencies we provide services to from the six northern counties of New York State. Founding members as well as consumer members have representation on the Board which actively manages and guides the direction NCMS takes in regards to product development. NCMS reacts to the needs of our members and clients then develops products and services that will fill them.
